What it contains, and what is allowed to be stated

The second part of each line is not our wording. It is the statement authorised by Regulation (EU) 432/2012, verbatim.

• Magnesium — 250 mg per daily dose (66.7% NRV). Contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
• Vitamin B6 — 1.4 mg per daily dose (100% NRV). Contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and normal psychological function.

Five forms of magnesium: bisglycinate, gluconate, DL-malate, taurate, and citrate. Vegetable capsules. No added sugars. Non-GMO.

What we will not tell you

This does not reduce hot flashes. The EFSA reviewed soy isoflavones for menopausal vasomotor symptoms and did not authorise that claim.
